Dearman attended the UK’s premier transport and logistics trade event the Commercial Vehicle Show (CV Show). Held once a year at Birmingham’s NEC, we exhibited two of our Dearman Hubbard zero-emission Transport Refrigeration Units (TRUs), powered by the revolutionary Dearman engine.
Dearman was delighted to be featured on the Paneltex stand in the Cool Pavilion and the Outside Exhibition Area where we had the Marks and Spencer TRU on display – which is currently operational, delivering chilled and frozen goods for the retailer.
The Marks and Spencer TRU is the first from Dearman and Hubbard to feature dual-temperature controlled compartments and offers fleet managers more operational flexibility. The Dearman Hubbard TRU is also zero emission thanks to the revolutionary Dearman engines use of liquid nitrogen to provide power and cooling, it is also quiet and cost competitive. You can read about the ongoing M&S deployment here.
The M&S trailer (parked in the Outside Exhibition Area) proved popular, despite the weather forecast promising the Dearman Sales Team wind and rain!
The Paneltex Dearman Hubbard TRU wasn’t affected by bad weather as it was situated in the CV Show’s Cool Pavilion. The Cool Pavilion showcases refrigeration bodybuilders, logistics companies and innovator’s and was the perfect place to reveal another first for Dearman. The Paneltex trailer is the first Dearman refrigeration unit to be designed and built collaboratively with Paneltex from the start and has been built to maximise the unique way the Dearman Hubbard TRU produces zero emission clean cool power!
